SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS

 

In-store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for All purchases. Pickups are available on 

Monday - Saturday from 8:30 - 17:30 (Excluding national holiday)

 

*Please contact us first and only come to pickup only on the agreed upon date & time

 

SHIPPING FEES

 

We offer the shipping method below for both international shipping and local shipping. Or by any carrier that you may prefer.

• Fedex      International shipping

• UPS         International shipping

• Kerry        Local shipping

• EMS         Local shipping

 

The fee will be calculated by the total  weight of the finished product by the shipping carrier and will be added to your invoice.

 

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

 

* We do not provide any documentation that may be required in your country’s custom, it is your responsibility to request for the document and you will be charged for any additional cost that may be incurred from the document on to the invoice.
